The E80XNL has been specifically designed to take advantage of the form factor of the lithium-ion battery pack, creating greater space in the operator compartment and lowering the center of gravity. Lithium-ion power is an ideal solution for heavy-duty applications due to zero battery maintenance, fast charging, and a long battery life.

  • For applications with high ambient temperatures and/or high charging demands, cooling options are available. Vented paneling and fans pull air across the battery. Fans will run when:
    • Battery enters thermal cutback
    • Anytime battery is on charge

  • Although longer than the standard battery box E80XN, for ICE replacement, E80XNL is:
    • ~3.2” shorter than an S80FT truck
    • Improves Outside Turning Radius (OTR) by ~2.3” when comparted to an S80FT truck
    • Improves Right Angle Stack by ~2.1” when compared to an S80FT truck
